All American Glass started selling and serviceing the Denver auto glass and windshield market in 1996 . Greg Freeman the owner of All American Auto Glass started the company because he saw the reputation that auto glass companies had towards the public. ” I was sickened by the fact that you couldn’t get anybody reliable to do what they said they would do” he said.
Greg also has an interesting background unrelated to auto glass. Greg was a standout football player in Ohio where he grew up. He eventually played pro football for the Denver Gold football team of the now defunct USFL. That’s probably where he gets his competitiveness in the auto glass industry, where there is certainly no shortage of competition.
Gregs philosophy is to be competitive but not to shortchange the clients safety in order to do so. “We have a lot of return business from .” he states, “Once people understand what they get from my company in terms of safety and value they will not ever look for another windshield repair or replacement company.”
Greg informs us that he uses only OEM (original equipment manufacturers) easily recognizebal brands in the glass industry. Some of those brands are Carlight, Mopar, PPG and Dow urethane. Urathane is the adhesive that makes the glass adhere the glass to the metal.
All American offers complementary mobile service too.
“People are busy and have lives to attend to. If I can go to my customer to save them their precious time of having to come to me I am happy to do it.” If you do prefer to go to their shop, just go to 2357 S. Broadway, but call first to make sure you won’t have long wait times.
During the Spring and Summer months are most busiest but Greg’s technicians work extra hard to take care of their customers. “We try to supply same day service,” he says “but when my guys are working overtime it might be another day or so till we can get to our customers.”
Given the professionalism and value that All American Glass gives, waiting a day or two to get it done right will probably be okay with people.
